Berg Park Aerodrome is the idyllic grass strip airport carved out of a grove of centuries-old live oaks in Midway, GA. The airport is home to the Grass Strip Foundation, a community of local aviators who love to restore and fly classic airplanes. The Foundation is an educational & preservation foundation dedicated to vintage, experimental & general aviation aircraft. Its goal is to educate the public about the joys, practicalities, and necessities of aircraft in our society, focusing on aviation career possibilities for young adults.
