Born out of a passion for cooking great barbecue and enjoying good times with our good friends, we opened Hillbilly's Grill & BBQ. Quickly, we gained recognition for the best in barbecue and the sauces that go along with it we were recognized by "The Taste of Wayne" as the 2013 People's Choice Award for great food!
