Gypsea Glass

Our art glass is known as handblown, lamp worked or flameworked glass. You can watch as we individually hand sculpt each piece in the torch flame.

Our demonstration studio and gallery/gift shop
is located in the Landmark Historic District
of Jekyll Island, GA. We are in the Pier Road Shoppes (a beautiful walking street) behind the Jekyll Island Club Hotel and near the Georgia Sea Turtle Center.

Gypsea Glass is also proud to represent the work of other local and nationally known glass artists in our retail shop. We offer glass works of many forms: torch work, hot /furnace handblown glass, fused & stained glass, as well as original jewelry designs which incorporate our glass jewels with semi precious gems, crystals and metals.
