We will proudly bake and serve authentic hand-rolled, kettle boiled New York bagels with a variety of homemade schmear options, salads, farm fresh eggs and premium lunchmeats. Derived from a bond that brought two cultures together and a love of food, family and friends, the idea was born to bring an authentic NY bagel into a southern storefront and share with the diverse community that calls St. Simons Island home.
