Bring the whole family and enjoy a fun filled run/walk this Saint Patrick's Day in Savannah, GA with March of Dimes Savannah Shamrock Run.
Event Details
The March of Dimes Savannah Shamrock Run is a Running race in Savannah, Georgia consisting of a 5K Kids Run/Fun Run.
Kick off the St. Patrick's Day festivities in Savannah by joining us for the annual March of Dimes Shamrock Run 5K! The Shamrock Run is fun for all ages and includes a Kids Run prior to the start of the 5K. Costumes are encouraged and four-legged (canine) family friends are always welcome, too! Join us at 5 p.m. for festivities, 5:45 p.m. for the Kids Run, 6 p.m. for the 5k, and round out the event with live music and drinks after the run.
Medals will be awarded to the top overall male and female winners, top overall master male and female winners (age 40+), and age category medals will be given to the top three male and three female finishers in the following age categories: 10 & under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
100% of the proceeds from the Shamrock Run benefit the mission of the March of Dimes to improve the health of babies. The March of Dimes carries out its mission through programs of research, community services, education and advocacy.
